You will receive a confirmation email with a private link to schedule your first session.

Step 2

Use the link in the confirmation email to schedule your 30-minute or 60-minute session.

Answer a few short questions about yourself.

Your remaining time for memberships and session bookings are tracked in the system.

There are no automatic renewals, you are in control of your membership and scheduling.

  • To best support you, I offer consultation sessions exclusively to my members. This allows me to build a supportive relationship with you and work on your goals together over time.

  • No, memberships do not renew automatically. You are in full control. To continue, simply purchase a new plan when you're ready.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time. I understand that circumstances change, please reach out to discuss options for the unused portion of your membership on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes! My scheduling is flexible. You can rebook any session with 3 days' notice. If something unexpected comes up within that time, please contact me, and we’ll find a solution together.
